Observations & Corrective Actions
*10: No unit of measure present on depth markers inside pool and on decking. Unit of measure must be present on all depth markers.
*10: Gate is not self latching. All entrances to pool must be self closing and self latching.
*16: Two ring buoys present. One is styrofoam and has no life line or retrieval line, other is in poor repair with no throw line. Ring buoy must be constructed of approved material, be in good repair, and have all proper components.
*17: No Diving and No Lifeguard on Duty signs with lettering at least 4 inches are absent.
*23: Chlorine puck present in skimmer
Additional Comments
Follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days of initial inspection date to verify all critical violations have been corrected. Pool will be subject to closure if upon reinspection all critical items have not been corrected.
