Complaint: caller stated to stayed in room 222 and woke up with bed bugs. Complaint answered: Room is occupied at this time. Spoke with manager via phone who stated that guest was moved to different room and hotel staff inspected the room and no findings of pest. Stated pest control company had conducted an inspection yesterday, and noted no findings. Invoice/report from pest control stated to be email to inspector tomorrow per Hotel Manager.
