6: Pool wall tile is missing/chipped on both ends of the pool.

*21: No free chlorine reading using taylor chem kit twice. Had operator check with his chem kit as well and had no reading. Pool is closed due to imminent health hazard. Once free chlorine reading is 0.5 to 3.0 ppm, please contact me and i will come back for a follow-up inspection. Pool is to remain closed until I reinspect.
