6: Observed employee at make line change task and change gloves multiple times without washing hands. Hand sink nearest to him did not have any soap available to wash hands. This is a repeat violation, a warning letter will be requested.

8: Hand washing sink in front did not have soap or paper towels. Hand washing sink near make line line did not have any soap available. Hand washing sink in back area had utensils stored inside of it.

11: Severely dentes can of beans stored with sound cans. Pic relocated can to be credited later.

14: Dish machine was reading 0ppm for cl. Pic rearranged cl jug so it could properly pull cl. Was able to receive a cl reading of 50ppm

26: Orange glow spray bottle stored on fron hand washing sink. 2 chemicl spray bottles stored directly on cooling racks.

45: Ice machine had build up on the inside.

53: Broken/missing floor tiles in make line area. Excessive dirt and debris build up on walls in warewash area and throughout kitchen.

I will be back within 10 days for a follow-up inspection to verify all priority item viollations have been corrected.

Discussed proper hand washing, ware washing, food source, food storage, holding and cook temps, cooling when applicable, employee hygiene, employee health, demonstration of knowledge, and storage and use of of toxic items. Please be sure you and all food handling employees are familiar with these regulations.
