Complaint made stating room 116 has a heavy presence of mold throughout the room and in air vents, that theres is heavy water damage in the hallways, and a bad smell in the room and hallways.

Room 116 was empty, checked room with front clerk. Did not observe any signs of possible mold in the bathroom, entryway, and ceiling. The only thing observed was a little bit of build up on the AC unit - possibly dirt or mold? Observed clerk talk with house keeping to clean AC vent.

Did not observe the heavy water damage and smell complainant described. Clerck showed me area of water damage in the lobby ceiling caused by a broken gutter. Clerk stated the gutter was fixed and other repairs made, but waiting to replace stained tile.
