11: 1200-23-01-.03(1) Observed two cans of tomatoes with metal touching metal stored with undamaged cans on shelf in dry storage area. Corrective Action: PIC was trained and inspected all cans on shelf to ensure quality. Also, PIC removed all damaged cans from the kitchen area.

13: 1200-23-01-.03(3)(b)1. Raw tuna stored above ready to eat falafel in lowboy cooler 2. Corrective Action: PIC was trained and moved raw products to the bottom shelf.

19: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)6. Rice in warmer 2 reading 127F. Rice was cooked an hour prior in oven. Corrective Action: PIC voluntarily embargoed 15lbs of rice.

21: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)7. Kabob that was cooked yesterday in lowboy cooler 1 does not have a 24-hours date marking. Corrective Action: PIC labeled all foods that are kept for longer than 24 hours.
