14: Observed employee wash off knife used for slicing lemons in hand sink than wipe dry with towel and returned to clean utensils. Cos by discussing importance of wash, rinse, sanitize of all utensils.

26: 2 cans of non commercial raid and gallon jug of sprectracide stored in kitchen. Also, two spray bottles with blue solution not labeled. Cos by discarding insecticide and labeling spray bottles.
