13: 1200-23-01-.03(3)(b)1. Observed containers of raw chicken stored directly next to pots of cooling cooked chicken and ready-to-eat potato salad and chopped vegetables. Corrective Action: Employees were trained to keep raw chicken in one area on prep table, separate from all cooked and prepared food.

14: 1200-23-01-.04(6)(a)1. Observed raw chicken juices leaking into sanitizer compartment with clean dishes in 3rd compartment of 3 compartment sink. Person in charge says staff washes, rinses, sanitizes, rinses, and dries off dishes with a cloth rag. Corrective Action: Person in charge removed raw chicken from sink, washed sink with sanitizer water, then immediately trained staff to wash, rinse, sanitize, and allow dishes to air dry on rack.
