411, 419, 316, 308, 210, 209, 217 Critical item violation 42 noted on previouse inspection report has been corrected, but critical item violation 18 has not. Manager stated he called the Fire extinguisher company to come and service the 2 fire extinguishers, but they have not showed up yet. He is contacting them today to see when they are coming to service the fire exinguishers. Fire extingusher tags must be compliant by Thursday May 25 or failure to correct letter will requested and delivered for permit suspension.
