20: Ham, tomatos, and lettuce in top of prep ric were out of proper temperature range at 48-50 degrees. The foods in the underside of the prep ric were in the proper temperature range. PIC said the TCS foods in the top were pulled from WIC around 9 am, embargoed CA: I had PIC discard the TCS items and add ice trays under the new items to help keep them in the proper range while the prep cooler is open and in frequent use
