Verified the kingsiii phone worked - forst two attempt had only silence. Waited about 10 minutes and tried again, kingsiii op came online and confired they could hear me and that there was a call at 12:05pm but they could not hear anyone. Also let op know i could not hear anyone at the 12:05p attempt.
