7: Observed employee place 4 metal bins on prep surface of pc with bare hands gripping inside of each bin. Employee was preparing to put rte and precooked foods in the bins. Cos by pic taking bins to ware washing and employee putting on gloves.

20: All tcs foods on makeline temped between 45 and 47 F. Temp log from 10am this morning showed tcs were in temp. Pic acknowledged that pc has been warmer than usual and a service call had already been placed. Cos by pic moving all tcs foods to wic to cool down and filling orders by using online pc.
