14: 3 comp sink set up and in use without any sanitizer. Pic stated first compartment was soapy water and last compartment was sanitizer. Dish machine in use with no chemical sanitizer and temperature only reaches 144°F. Dish machine was run a minimum of 5 times. Pic found some Cl2 tablets and is setting up 3 comp sink with chlorine sani tablets to use until dish machine is working as designed.
