Additional Comments

Violation was not corrected. Spoke with the owner and manager on duty regarding the consumer advisory and the written procedure for the sushi rice. Another follow up will be done within 10days. An example of the written procedure was give to the manager as well fact sheets for consumer advisory and time as a public health control.
