Reported 2/8/22- Caller stayed in room #417 stated room was not sanitized, feces on curtains and bathroom wall, sheets were stained, closet door was barely hanging and drywall was buckling.
Answered 2/9/22- observe room 417 that has now been blocked, not rentible. Sheets have been replace, no stains present. Wood on Closet door is hanging and needs to repair. Dry wall does show
damage from old water damage from possible leak, wall is dry and no active water leaks from ceiling
along window observed however the plastor to
ceiling needs repair. Manager walk the room with inspector and aware of issuses. No critical violations observe.
