8: Hand sink at bar area does not have a cold water handle and can not turn on. Handsink is alos stopped up and not draining upon inspection - employee was able to unstop the sink. Soap is running out of piping under handsink onto floor. This pipe should be repaired where soap is not running onto floor. 48 hr notice issued for handsink- will reinspect on Monday 4/24. Curtain separating handsink and kitchen must be removed or handsink must be installed in kitchen area.

8: No soap or paper towels in bathrooms.

20: Mozzarella cheese in Reach in cooler at 45°F in Reach in cooler since earlier this week. Corrective action - food must be at or below 41°F. Cooler door was ajar and was closed during inspection . Reinspection of cooler will occur at follow up.
