36: Rm 119, Rm 121, dead bugs in corners of room. Discussed with pic about rooms being cleaned and vacuumed by room service.
Customer called and complained. During her stay, she said the room was dirty, dead bugs in the corners, outdide her room she saw needles. Her bed sheets were staind and had cigarette holes in them.
