Complaint answered: received 4/23/24, answered 4/23/24. Complaint: Complainant stated that they were at the establishment when the saw a roach in the dining area near the kitchen entrance and when informing staff they killed the roach and told the customer that they were aware of the issue. Observations /statements : Person In Charge stated that they were aware of the roach issue and has recently changed pest control companies. The new pest control company just serviced the establishment yesterday . Receipt in photos. Only 2 Roaches observed under Reach in cooler and Reach in freezer . None observed in foods or goods.
