11: Dented can of tomatillos on seam stored with non dented cans. Pic removed dented can to be returned to vendor.

14: Dish machine is not sanitizing. Wash and rinse dishes in dish machine, then sanitize in three comp sink. Build up of food debri on slicer. Slicer is only being broken down once a week to be wash, rinsed, and sanitized. Discussed that slicer should be cleaned after each use (washed, rinsed, and sanitized).

14: Can opener blade had a build up of food debri on it.

21: Queso in wic date marked 11/1/22. Salsa date marked 10/29/22 in wic. Flan not date marked properly - dtae was not changed on try. Refried beans not date marked in wic. Hot dog opened last week not date marked. Discussed date marking with pic and will be send fact sheets on date marking. Embargoed food.

37: Food not covered in rif. Taco shells in a container under prep table not covered.
