Observations & Corrective Actions
*8: Bag of soda ash is damaged and chemical is exposed, located in pump room. See photo.
*16: Ring buoy does not weigh a minimum of 2.5 lbs.
20: Total alkalinity too low.
*21: Absence of free abailable chlorine level. Two samples were collected im different areas of the pool. Free available chlorine reading was 0.0 ppm at both areas. Test was performed with Taylor DPD test kit. Pool closed due to no free available chlorine level. Do not reopen until inspected by the State of Tennesse Health Departmemt. All critical item violations must be corrected prior to follow up inspection to open the pool.
