14: Observed the 3 comp set up, with dishes in the wash side, and the sani side reading 0ppm pf cl. Pic stated they were washing metal utencils and large trays on that side and they set it to 1 cap of bleach. Pic showed test strips but unsure the concentration. COS by providing onsite training, and resetting the sink to read 50ppm of cl. Pic also stated theywill be getting an automatic dispencer soon.

26: Observed two chemical spray bottles unlabeled on the cleaning supply shelf - one with pink liquid and one with a clear/yellowish liquid.

37: Observed employee sitting on bags of sugar, employee phone stored on bags or salt, and employee food in the ric above and next to customer food.
