Observations & Corrective Actions

14: 3 comp sink was set up for quat upon inspection. Was not able to receive a quat reading with my test trips. Also, was unable to receive a quat reading through the quat dispenser on the wall. Dispenser appears to be broken. Pic manually set up santi comp for bleach and was able to receive a proper reading. Pic will continue to manually set up santi until dispenser has been fixed. This is a repeat violation, a warning letter will be requested.

Discussed implementing a Food Safety Plan in order to obtain active managerial control over repeated Priority Items. Advised operator I was available to asist with developing the FSP.
