*15: Several unlabeled chemical spray bottles are stored oh housekeeping carts. Corrective Action: employee labeled bottles.

*19: A tank of fuel observed in the boiler room. Corrective Action: employee moved tank of gas out of boiler room

21: Employees unable to use restroom in laundry room as it has the door removed and storage being held (toilet still in restroom.)

25: Shower head in room 126 has black and pink build up.

33: Mattress in room 124 has yellow staining.

34: Pillow is stained in 124 guest room

40: Clean linen stored on housekeeping cart with employe jacket and back pack on top of them.

40: Personnel items and drinks stored of clean linen folding table.

Spray paint maintenance occurring on 2nd floor hallway, please do not have guest near toxic fumes.
