*16: Ring buoy needs to be replaced. Grab ropes on the outside are rotted and broken. Ring buoy must be at least 18" in diameter and must have a 1/4" nylon retrieval rope attached to it, no longer than 50' in length with a 2" "lemon" attached to the end of the rope.
