14: Quat dispenser reading 0 ppm. Cos by pic being able to manually dispense quat.

22: Pizzas sitting with no time placard present. Pic stated she thinks she pushes one of these buttons on counter but not sure which one. Pic also unsure if they have written procedures. Cos by having pic place a sticker on rack of when they started prepping the pizzas.

34: No working thermometer in wic.

37: Employee drinks stored above and beside food related items in wic.

38: Employee with long hair is prepping dough with his hair dangling over the dough.

50: There is a drain pipe going down into front hand sink where drain water from ac is going into.

Additional Comments

You have 90 days to correct ac drain water going into front hand sink. Hand sinks are for hand washing only. Not to be used for disposing of waste water.
