19: Observed cooked chicken on the steam table below 135°f, all other items were within temp. Pic stated proper reheating methods and temperature. Cos by discarding the chicken and reheating more for hot holding (reheated to 186°)

36: Flies observed in the kitchen, the side door appears to have a gap on the bottom.

37: Cardboard Cases of raw food items stored kn the floor and on top of beer cases in the wic, and cases of food stored directly on the floor in wif. Pic stated the food was delivered yesterday.

48: The cold water at the back hand sink is not working and the hot water is scalding.

49: Hand sink near the mop sink is leaking from behind, pic placed a bucket underneath

53: Dirty ceiling tiles and air vents. Floor tiles in poor repair in places throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
