Received complaint about toilet and tub back up in rm 112. Guest stated that it started on Saturday when she heard guest above plunging toilet and shortly after the tub and toilet backed up with sewage and hotel employees did not come by to clean, only left a mop and bucket for them to clean and issue was not addressed over the weekend. Manager stated it is hotel policy for guest to leave room when it is being cleaned but guest states that housekeeping has come by before prior to this issue. Manager states that they offered to move guest but do not have a first floor room available, guest states she needs a first floor room and that plumbers are en route. Maintenance stated that plumbers will snake the toilets and will not enter room. Explained to manager that plumbing issue must be addressed as soon as possible and will follow up tomorrow.
