Item 15: corrected, all chemical bottles were labeled and properly stored
Item 20: not corrected - the door to room 222 is still not self closing, pic informed us at the beginning that the room is blocked and a work order is placed to have the bottom of the door sanded so that it is self closing. Discussed with pic, and pic agreed, to leave the room blocked until the door is fixed AND someone from our department verifies the issue is corrected.
