Customer called into our department observing bed begs in rooms 230 and 310. Customer also observed exposed wires in gym room and broken drinking fountains. Upon inspection, room 230 was occupied. Inspected rooms on same floor, did not observe any bed bugs. Uses cooks pest control every month. See photo for latest invoice for pest control.
