13: Raw shell eggs stored over Ready to eat tortillas, tomatoes, cilantro and juice in Walk in cooler. Corrective action- trained using storage level poster in Spanish. Products moved to correct level

14: Right faucet at 3 compartment sink has been disconnected from the water source. Person In Charge stated that he moves warm water from the first faucet to 3rd basin for sanitation of dishes. Corrective action- all 3 basins of the 3 compartment sink must have access to water on tap. Corrective action- both faucets must have hot and cold running water. Recheck of sink will occur within 10 days
