Complaint rooms 405 and 429 - live and dead roaches, dead bugs, blood on sheets, shower not working, strong ordor. At the time of inspection there was guest staying in both rooms. Management took me up to both rooms. At the time of inspection I did not observe a strong order in the rooms, both showers were working, unable to check sheets due to new guest staying in the rooms, did not observe any live roaches in either room, did observe a couple dead insects under the kitchenette in room 429. Discussed complaint with manager. Ecolab treated the whole hotel on 3/2/22, then came back out last week and checked both rooms. Managment is suppose to send an email or copy of where Ecolab came back out.
