6: Debri on the bottom of the pool. Some of the deck tile is damaged / cracked. Paint is peeling on the wall around the deck. Tile appears to be stained. Deck appears dirty.

*8: Soda ash bag open and laying on the pump room floor damaged from getting wet. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation.
