50: Stormdrain within 8ft of truck shows signs of grease dumping - photos attached.
Responded to a complaint concerning the dumping of grease onto the ground.
Areas inspected: perimeter of the truck.
Observations: the stormdrain to the right of the truck shows signs of grease buildup.
Actions taken: Photos taken of the drain, and operator notified that oil and grease must be disposed of properly at the approved commissary.
Statements received: operator and employee state that used oil is dumped into the trash.
