20: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)6. Caesar salad mix at 53 F, sliced tomatoes at 49 F, and shredded lettuce at 50 F in front open top cooler. Corrective action: Mixes had been out one hour according to person in charge so product moved to walk in cooler.

Additional Comments

Complaint answered: Caller stated they became ill with diarrhea 1-5 hours after consuming a falafel and salad on 12-8-21. Complete inspection conducted. Cold holding violation was noted on cold held salads at front counter. Person in charge states no food workers reported ill. Salad source is Restaurant Depot and Choice Foods.
