Complaint:
Received voicemail from guest who stated that she did not see bed bugs during her stay in room 222. However, an urgent clinic confirmed that she and her daughter had bed bug bites.

Observations:
-Observed two non-active bed bugs on mattress of bed closest to bathroom in room 222.
-Observed calcium buildup on showerhead and brown substance behind shampoo dispensers in room 222.
-Observed orange substance splattered across refrigerator in room 222.
