The complaint of bed bugs in rooms 418 and 717 is not valid. Room 418 is out-of-service, completely torn apart, and is being serviced by Eco-Lab. Room 717 was inspected. Mattresses, boxsprings, linens, headboard, night tables, and curtains were inspected and no bed bugs were found. No pillows were in the room.
