19: Fried rice in rice cooker at 123°F since 10:30. It is now 3:10. Corrective action - trained and embargoed 5 lbs of fried rice. Rice cooker light was off. Pic pushed plugs in and light came on. Pic to check rice temperatures in fried rice cooker to ensure it is maintaining the rice at a temperature of 135°or higher.
