Unable to check any rooms, due to not having any clean rooms that have been checked by head housekeeper. It was stated that they are putting all dishware in dish machine when rooms are first being cleaned, then after the cycle is done they are sanitizing the dishes in the kitchen sink and allowing them to air dry in the dish machine. After the housekeeper says that the room is clean, the
head housekeeper will go to the room, check the room, then put the dishware back in the cabinets. A follw up inspection will be performed by next week to verify compliance of critical item violation.
