Phone In 230 not corrected at this time - pic stated repairs require drilling into the wall and are waiting for the guest next door to check out on 2/16/24. Pic stated that their plan is to check the guest out on the 16th and immediately make the repairs; also stated that if the guest extends their stay they will move them to a different room so that repairs can be made in 230.

Plan approved - 230 shall remain blocked until repairs are made and they have until 2/22/24 to do so. Owner to contact me once repairs are conpleted.
