14: 1200-23-01-.04(6)(a)1. Sanitizer in wiping cloth solution (1) on cookline at 0 ppm QA. Advised on proper concentration, testing, and re-filling methods of QA sanitizer in wiping cloth solutions at time of inspection. Re-filled solution to 200 ppm QA. (COS)

26: 1200-23-01-.07(2)(b) Sanitizer in wiping cloth solution (2) in prep area at 500 ppm QA. Must not exceed 400 ppm per manufacturer recommendations. Solution was re-filled to 200 ppm QA from triple sink dispenser at time of inspection. Discussed proper testing,re-filling, and usage of QA sanitizer with PIC. (COS) Insecticide pest bait stations stored with food products on dry storage shelving. Products were removed and properly stored.
