Item 18- Follow-Up Inspection visit made on 11-18 and this item was observed as not corrected. Purpose of visit today is to verify correction has been corrected.
Item corrected other than fire extinguisher in breezeway nxt to office does not have yesr punched on insp tag. Op advised the vevdor was returning Fridat December 9 and would have him correct this. All others missing year were corrected.
