There was a complaint received 07/09/21 that there was an oily substance in the pool. There was no oily substance in the pool during routine inspection. There was a minor violation. Ph was high during routine inspection.
However, person in charge stated that there was a back flow preventor that was left opened and it was allowing sewer gas to come back up. The smell was circulating around the pool area but there was no sewer in the pool.
PIC stated that they took water sample to a third party company to test the water and there was no harmful substance in the water. A proof of water sample test was provided.
