8: Back hand sink by the 3 comp is not easily accessible due to a soda rack. Also the paper towel dispenser is out of batteries.

14: Observed 3 comp set up incorectly with the was side in the middle, and sani side not set up. I went to test the quat level and got 0ppm twice. I observed that the container of quat was out. Pic was not aware. Cos pic changed the bottles, new reading 200ppm quat.

20: Observed the digital thermometer on the ric read between 58 and 60°f during the inspection, the thermometer insode also read 60°f and i left my thermometer in the ric for 5-10minutes which also confirmed the ambient thenperature of 60°f. All cooling and non tcs foods where moved to the wic and the liquid and shelled eggs were discarded. Pic stated that a company was out yesterday to fix it. Advised pic to use other cooling equipment in the mean time.

36: A couple flys but did not see ants. Did observed the back door open for the first part of the inspection. Pic had store-bought inspect repellent to help with insect control. Discussed allowed methods of pest control.

45: Greese and food build up on cooking and storage equipments.

46: 3 comp incorrectly set up. Pic stated the drain board his not holding water and a work order has been placed. Advised sink plugs as back ups.

53: Food and debris buil up on floors especially under equipment and shelves (con be insect attractant), ceiling vents dirts, lights uncovered,

Additional Comments

Came for a routine and complaint combo.
Complaint emailed in where Complainant stated the burgers ordered where not cooked all the way and they found ants on the burgers, and they also had food-borne illness symptoms after eating the spicy chicken combo.

Made pic aware of the complaint at the beginning of the investigation. Asked for the most recent pest control invoice - pic provided invoice from 8.14.23. Stated that they had an issue with ants outside near the drive thru window early in the month after routine landscaping.

I did not notice any ants (dead or alive) inside out outside the building.

Noted proper cooking methods and temps.

Pic stated they have not had employee callouts recently.p, not have they sent anyone home for illness.

Will return sometime within 10 days to follow up on all priority items.
