Complaint on hotel for stay on June 2nd till June 4th. Complained about room 226 having a moldy / mildew smell. Says building infested with spiders possibly bedbugs- no direct complaint about finding bed bugs or bite marks on self.

Says other guests complained about their rooms as well having issues.

Checked pest control records no infestation. Pest control there on May 31st for regular inspections. No abnormal findings noted. Room observed for mold/mildew smells. Room smoking room with no moldy/mildew smells observed. Only smoke from cigarettes observed. Beds observed for bedbugs. No signs or pests observed.

No water leaks in bathroom or in room to cause complaint of mold. No mold observed in room or bathroom. No water leaks in room 225. 225 also a smoking room. Nothing abnormal observed.

Inspection did not find infestation of spiders in room or on premises. No bedbugs observed or signs. Asked pic about proper protocols if bedbug complaint is made. Proper protocols given in response to inquiry.
