20: Cheese &loroco @52F, beef in Ziploc bag @ 54F, cheese & chicken @49F, pico de gallo @ 44F in Prep cooler. CA: food was embargoed.

21: Several cooked foods and ham stored in refrigerator from day before are missing marked dates. CA: PIC Marked dates on food.

22: They are using TPHC plan for items on prep cooler. They have policy available But are not marking certain Containers and storage bags of food according to the policy to show what times the food is placed in Tphc and what time it is to be thrown away. They use color code system to define the period the food is placed in tphc and when it is to be discarded. CA: tphc policy discussed with PIC, and food was embargoed.
