35: Containers of sauce are inside sushi ginger containers. Please label containers according to whats inside the containers

39: Wiping cloth stored on cutting board. Please place cutting board in sanitizer bucket. Must have more than once sanitizer bucket since establishment handles raw food and RTE food.

Additional Comments

I observed half cooked stir fry chicken. PIC stated that the pre cook chicken because they get busy.they cook it half way and when customer orders they finish cooking chicken. PIC stated stir fry chicken was pre cooked 30 minutes ago


Big metal bowl if raw chicken was being prepped. After they seasoned chicken that let it sit for anout 30 minutes to let season soak into chicken. Then they put cornstarch in chicken, mix , then Place in metal containers to put chicken in walk in cooler.
