4: Employees bottle of blue gatoraide sitting above the prep table.

6: Observed ghe cook wiping hands on his towel, then proceded to touch clena plates and utensils . If anyone wipes hands on cloth towel then they must wash hands after touchingthe towel. No hand washing observed by any employees during the inspection. Due to no soap at the handsonk. Employeee must wash hand with soap and dry With paper towels.

8: No soap at the handsink in the cooking area

36: Presence of roaches. The bugman came out today to spray, see attached email.

39: Numerouse wet wiping cloths sitt8ng on the wait staff cutting board

Additional Comments

Item 6 hand washing has been found on two consecutive inspections. A third time and your permit could be revoked.

Discussed implementing a Risk Control Plan(RCP) in order to obtain active managerial control over repeated Priority Items. Advised operator I was available to assist with developing the RCP.
