21: Walls and floor in laundry room classroom in poor repair.

*42: Multiple boards are missing around playground fencing. Outside animals can enter or kids can easily exit through. I will be back within 10 days to verify this violation has been corrected.

Additional Comments

I will be back out for a follow-up inspection within 10 days to verify the boards missing on the play ground fencing has been replaced.

Pic stated she is unsure when they will be relocating to new facility. She will have the director get in touch with me regarding submitting plans.
