*9: Small coach roach observed in room 233. Observed dead roach in 239.
*18: Fire extinguisher #11 does not have a breaker bar. 16, 19 (upstairs). This is a repeat violation, a warning letter will be requested.
*20: No evacuation plan in room 239
26: 114 tub is cracked, in poor repair.
31: Room 114, window is in poor repair
33: 121 bed box spring mattress in poor repair.
34: 121 bed spreads are stained. 130 bedding has holes.
35: 114 microwave is dirty. Only one chair in room 130.
36: 114- floor under carpet in poor repair.
A complaint was called into our department regarding a costumer staying in room 233. Customer observed roaches in the room and hallway, walls in poor repair throughout the hotel, outlet covers missing, wall in the stair was in poor repair.
Made operator aware of complaint. Operator stated
this customer will not allow house keepers to come into room to properly clean room. Roaches were observed in their room upon inspection.
Complaintent will be leaving hotel today, operator will not use room until pest control has inspected the room.
I will be back out for a follow-up inspection to verify all critical item violations have been corrected.
