Store front is now closed and is a commissary kitchen for catering. Inspected left hand side of facility that includes 3 comp sink, chest freezer, cook line, walk in cooler, and dry storage. Reviewed and discussed proper date marking. Labeling of bulk poweder products. Which cold holding equipment needs thermometers. Melons being TCS foods and requiring date marking, and storage pf personal drinks.
